ALSM was founded by Fred M. Franklin, PLS in January of 1996 in Oakland, Nebraska. Fred Franklin has been surveying since 1984. With that knowledge and experience ALSM quickly became known for their color maps and expertise in boundary law & legal principles. ALSM has since expanded, with offices located in Tampa, Florida, as well offices in Norfolk, South Sioux City, Blair, and Omaha to better serve Northeast Nebraska.
Fred Franklin is currently the Burt County Surveyor. And formerly was the Cuming County Surveyor, Thurston County Surveyor, Dakota County Surveyor and Dixon County Surveyor. Fred Franklin has completed hundreds of projects in West Point, Oakland, Pender, South Sioux City, Tekamah, Wisner, Stanton, Madison, Fremont, Lincoln, Norfolk, Omaha, and more.
